An Introduction to our new Second Line Support Analyst

I would like to introduce Chris McArdle, Circle Cloud’s new Second Line Support Analyst. He will be responsible for dealing with any issues escalated from our service desk, monitoring customer services and ensuring customers are onboarded to our Managed Services as smoothly as possible.

Chris has worked in IT for 5 years. When asked about how he got into the industry, he told us “I’ve always enjoyed helping people, problem solving and understanding how things work, so IT seemed like the obvious choice.” During his 5 years, Chris has obtained a Level 3 Certificate in IT Systems and Principles and a Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence. With regards to qualifications, Chris clearly has a lot to offer. On a personal level however, Chris said “I’m hoping that my existing knowledge will allow me to further improve the already excellent service provided by Circle Cloud and also to give our customers the best experience possible.”

Outside of work, Chris is a big football fan, playing twice a week and following Middlesbrough FC. He also likes spending as much time as he can with friends and family.
