The consultant will spend time understanding the products and services in use in both your source and target environments. The consultant will also review the setup and configuration of your source tenant’s Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online and public folders, OneDrive & SharePoint configuration and Intune and security settings.
The output of this scoping exercise is a document that details the which migration method and migration tools are the most suitable to migrate users for your specific project, considering the current configuration of your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Our Scoping Document is no obligation! You can use it to implement the design yourself. However, if you don’t have the resource, we have a Technical Implementation package that can take care of this for you.
Our scoping is Fixed Cost! We will agree the amount of days the scoping will take up front. If we go over, there will be no extra cost to you.
