They are user-friendly, they are human and they pick up the phone when we ring. We don’t get any, ‘Oh, we can’t do that’ – they embrace whatever problem we throw at them and somebody fixes it, usually pretty quickly. They’re not robots; they’re friendly people who really know their stuff.

They’re always available and nothing’s ever a stupid question. I can get really frustrated with IT, but they are always professional, responsive and available. In the nicest possible way, they’re just always there. And we’ve never had a problem that we haven’t been able to resolve in all that time.
