Service Requests

Service Requests

Service Requests are an important part of our IT support managed services. A service request gives you the ability to request the setup and configuration of additional features within Office 365. For example, you might want us to set up a new user, a new SharePoint site or a new PC. Microsoft 365 has some great tools built into its business-grade productivity suite, so we can help you can take advantage of what it has to offer with our clear IT support plans.
