To do this, our Azure Consultant will provide a requirements gathering workshop with key stakeholders to understand your project goals and current infrastructure.
Our Scoping Document will detail:
- A summary of the project goals taken from our workshop
- A breakdown of the Microsoft Azure running costs for the proposed architecture
- A detailed design document that will specify the proposed Azure architecture
- A plan that details the tasks required to implement the proposed solution
- Estimated times to complete individual tasks
The Scoping Document is yours to own. You can use it to implement the design yourself. However, if you don’t have the resource, we have a Technical Implementation package that can take care of this for you.
